The 1, 2, 3, 4 Kettlebell Weight Loss Workout
Summer is a good time of year. The days are getting longer, the weather is warmer, and most of the time things seem to recover, usually a little time this summer.
Often this means that either too busy or too much fun to consistent fitness and fat loss training so diligently from the beginning.
Too many barbecues, and the cold, is as sure as anything, you are guaranteed a T-shirt at the beach, lake or pool party instead.
So how to stay on schedule?
Let me give you a simple trick I like to use in summer.
As a new father I tied from time to time, much longer than I have ever had, that’s for sure. I used a step of the exercise of an ancient time, which I did not want.
I must be very aware of my efforts and the impact could my wife and my daughter.
So, what should I do?
I drag my wife and my daughter with me.
We do it in the evening. I download what looks like everything but the kitchen sink into my car and driving off the track.
As an athlete, I love to be, and have a distance to the train, in particular, have given me a competitive season in the fall.
So I’m killing two birds with one stone:
Bring your family and a good role model.
For a good short and intensive training. I wish she could go along, but not in hell they are prepared for a long, boring exercise tolerance.
This is an exercise I currently I use:
It’s called 1, 2, 3, 4 workout
Here’s what you need:
First track of a large field than a football field.
Second Kettlebell (if you kettlebell is the formula below).
Here’s what you do:
Set # 1
Kettlebell snatch 20 per arm
Sprint 100 meters
Rest – 60-90 seconds
** 100 meters is the length of a football field, or when the route
